Join us for a deeply nourishing Face Yoga experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and learn simple facial rituals you can easily practice at home.
In this guided class, you’ll explore face mapping through both Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspectives, learning how different areas of the face relate to emotions, digestion, headaches, jaw tension, and overall wellbeing.
You’ll be guided through:
Face mapping basics: understanding what your skin may be communicating
Specific facial acupressure points to support emotional release, jaw pain, headaches, and digestion
A gentle self-facial using gua sha and/or your hands
A grounding scalp massage to support circulation and nervous system regulation
Practical techniques you can repeat anytime as a personal face ritual
This class is taught in a simple, accessible way so you leave feeling confident to care for your face and nervous system on your own whether you’re sitting on your couch, in bed, or creating a quiet moment for yourself.
We’ll close the experience with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra to help integrate the practice and invite your body into rest and restoration.
