Reiki Level I & II: Awaken & Expand

15 hours of training blended in-person & online
Duration:  3 sessions in-person + 1-hour mentorship via Zoom

You’ll explore:

  • The history, principles, and science of Reiki

  • How to activate and work with Reiki energy, and Reiki symbols

  • Chakra system, energy anatomy, and signs of imbalance

  • Self-healing hand positions, grounding, and energetic hygiene

  • Intuitive scanning and reading the chakras

  • How to offer Reiki for self-healing, in-person sessions, and distance healing

  • Case studies, feedback, and integration tools

  • Ayurvedic self-care for energetic sustainability

  • Business basics: pricing, setup, marketing and honouring your boundaries & energy

Reiki Level III: Embody

15 hours of training blended in-person & online
Duration: 3 sessions in-person + 1-hour mentorship via Zoom

You’ll explore:

  • The Master symbol and deeper healing applications

  • Higher chakras, energy channels, and multidimensional energy work

  • Ayurvedic and somatic tools to support the nervous system including breathwork

  • Coaching tools for emotional processing and transformation

  • Manifestation practices and energy alignment

  • Building practitioner confidence and spiritual responsibility

  • Case studies, mentorship, and integration support

Reiki Refresher & Practitioner Support Workshop


For: Reiki Level II or III practitioners
Duration: 4 hours in-person + 1-hour mentorship via Zoom

Reconnect with your Reiki practice, receive a re-attunement, and strengthen your confidence as a practitioner.

You’ll experience:

  • Guided grounding meditation & re-attunement (Level II or III)

  • Intention setting for deepening your Reiki connection
